Tradesmen International, Inc. Payroll Processor in CLEVELAND, Ohio
This position is responsible for the processing weekly multi-state payroll. This position reports directly to the Payroll Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Processing all payroll batches submitted from the local field offices in a timely manner
Responding to wage and employment verification requests
Completion, processing of checks and submission of child support orders
Maintaining Field Employee files for all wage, social service agency requests and court orders
Providing exceptional customer service to our local field offices.
All other duties as required
Skills and Abilities
Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail oriented, with auditing capabilities
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
Experienced in MS Office.
Abilityto work independently while maintaining a team player attitude
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
The position requires a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
This position requires a low degree of physical effort.
