Tradesmen International, Inc. Financial Analyst (Hybrid) in Macedonia, Ohio


Hybrid role reporting to our corporate headquarters in Macedonia, OH

The Financial Analyst will provide key analytical support on a variety of business and strategic matters. Through data gathering, interaction with department leaders, interpretation of information and summarization of findings, this role will provide visibility and insight to business operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop decision support tools to support business decisions.

  2. Analyze current operations performance to develop insights and promote future growth opportunities.

  3. Develop financial modeling to understand the impact of sales and profitability opportunities.

  4. Develop new reporting to evaluate trends in key performance indicators and monitor performance of select areas.

  5. Provide analytical support and recommendations for key organizational strategies, including but not limited to new office performance, division profitability, and investment initiatives.

  6. Build partnerships with key departments (HR, IT, Marketing) within the home office to facilitate and enhance activities.

  7. Provide financial information and insight on a wide variety of specialty projects.

Technical Expertise:

  • High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) and business and accounting related applications.

  • Experience with Tableau a huge plus, but not required

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting or Finance.

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.

  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements and proficiency in general accounting processes and procedures.

  • Financial experience in manufacturing, service, or staffing industries is extremely helpful.
