Tradesmen International, Inc. General Manager in ROCHESTER, Minnesota
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of their office in accordance to the company’s mission statement, driving new sales activity, maximizing financial performance, client satisfaction and staff development. The General Manager plans and executes the overall sales activities of the office in order to achieve organizational sales objectives. The ability to lead and motivate a sales team is core to success in this job. Excellent strategic planning and implementation are essential to achieving company objectives, operational oversight and P&L responsibilities.
Plan and direct sales team training
Develop sales strategy to achieve goals and revenues
Set individual sales targets with sales team
Review performance data to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels
Hire and train new office staff and sales personnel
Monitor staff performance with performance reviews
Manage Profit and Loss
Plan and implement procedures to maximize operating efficiency
Coordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency
Responsible for achievement of office productivity and goals
Coordinate sales action plans for individual sales personnel
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers and customers
Applicants are required to have previous experience in outside business-to-business sales or sales management. Must consistently meet or exceeded targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Databases
Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
Strong outside business-to-business sales experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Knowledge of business, management principles and practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while prioritizing work responsibilities
