Tradesmen International, Inc. Remote Recruiter in SEATTLE, Washington
The Recruiter role supports local and national efforts to recruit, support, and retain a world-class craft professional workforce. A global mindset is required as you will own the candidate experience and selection process and drive the external recruiting efforts to attract new talent to Tradesmen. You will provide workforce solutions to the offices you support including on-boarding, project support, administering safety initiatives, and developing and deploying re-engagement strategies to attract former Tradesmen employees. You will work closely with the Project Coordinator to understand project needs, scope, and skill-level to successfully meet the demand with a qualified craft professional workforce.

Job Requirements: Prior recruiting, sourcing, and candidate engagement experience preferred.
Talent Acquisition –Attract top skilled labor talent within the construction industry and beyond ensuring that only quality and safety minded candidates are brought-on. Own the full cycle recruitment process of high-volume recruiting environment including posting ads, sourcing resume databases, conducting phone interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Employee On-boarding – Support new hires through the on-boarding paperwork and pre-employment process. Ensure accurate and complete record keeping of necessary documentation, paperwork and certifications including administration of safety programs and records.
Work-force Solutions Support – Create a positive client experience for our offices, drive communication through updates, reporting, and check-ins on results. Support efforts to re-engage and retain our workforce and offer solutions for challenging orders.

Exceptional work-ethic, personal drive, and passion for fast-paced, variable work environment.
Knowledge and experience with creating and managing spreadsheets and data in excel as well as using collaborative software programs such as Sharepoint and Skype.
